Do you ship outside India? 

On request for special orders, additional costs will be applicable 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders within India, a delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to order values below Rs. 1,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional charge of ₹150.

 

Are there any duties and taxes? 

For customers within India, all prices on our website include Indian taxes and GST.

How do I know my order has been placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on your screen, along with an email confirmation. If any issues arise during processing, we will notify you via email.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number or AWB via email once your order is placed. You can track your order from processing through delivery.

When will I receive my order?  

The estimated delivery time is up to 21 days within India

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If you made an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately via email at info@studiomaisonmalabar.in Once dispatched, we cannot modify the address or redirect orders.

Are my items insured?  

Yes, all items are insured from the time they leave Maison Malabar to their delivery. If a product arrives damaged, refuse to accept it or notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
